The challenge
An outdoor sensor that had to stay sealed for five winters, with an optical window that could not fog.
Our approach
A two-shell housing with a continuous gasket path, a vented membrane and fasteners reachable from the front.
The result
Passed IP67 on the second prototype and went to tooling with no open drawing changes.
